Ingredients:
- 2 liters of water
- 2 x 25 gm Mr. Gulaman (White)
- 8 x 2 gm Nescafe Classic stick
- 1.5 cup white sugar
- 3 boxes Nestle Cream (250 ml)
- 1 can Alaska condensed milk (300 ml)
Procedure:
Jelly:
1. Boil water.
2. Mix and dissolve all dry ingredients (sugar, gulaman, coffee) with 2 cups of water
3. Add coffee mixture to boiling water. Mix it well.
4. Boil for 2 minutes then transfer to molders.
5. Let it cool.
6. Cut into small cubes.
Cream:
1. Beat chilled all purpose cream for 15 minutes or until volume gets doubled.
2. Add condensed milk.
3. Beat again until well combined.
* Combine jelly with cream and transfer to small containers
