I ordered one of these treadmills from Amazon and there were NO packaged parts inside and the belt was not covered id="hidden2" class="buttons"> with plastic like yours was. Parts were rattling around loose inside and missing the silicone lubricant and one of the allen wrenches. Also one of the support knobs had a bent screw. I returned the treadmill and am hoping the replacement is in tact. ....وسعت
