Serves : 2-3 People Ingredients: 1 cup Rice Salt to taste Method Take rice into a bowl. You can use any rice you want. Wash the rice really good 2-3 times with water. Soak the rice in enough water over night or at least for 8 hours. Transfer the rice into a blender jar and add water. Blend rice into fine and smooth puree. The batter should not be thick at all. Add a little water, salt to taste and mix well. Heat up a pan on medium heat. Add a little oil and spread it well with tissue paper. Mix the batter well once and start making ghavan from the edges of the pan. End up adding the batter at the center of the pan. Cover and cook for about a minute. Take the lid off and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Loosen the edges and flip the ghavan over. Cook for 1-2 minutes from other side as well. Fold the ghavan and take it off the pan into a dish. Ghavan is already. Serve ghavan with coconut chutney.
