Mexico Completes Latin America's Tallest Building | Torres Obispado

The Torres Obispado are 2 skyscrapers under construction in the Mexican city of Monterrey, between the Constitution and Hidalgo avenues in the Bishopric Zone, just next to "El Rey del Cabrito" and on the site where previously was the Motolinia Institute. At the end of its work, it will become the tallest skyscraper in Mexico, surpassing the 279.5m KOI Tower and will become the tallest tower in Latin America with 304.8 meters high, surpassing the 300m Great Santiago Tower in Santiago, Chile. T.OP is a mixed-use project that will have LEED Gold Certification for sustainable buildings. There will be two towers: The first one, with 71 levels, will house the Hilton Garden Hotel with 176 rooms, 12 will be parking (2,500 drawers) and 42 offices with Premium amenities, a large commercial area on Hidalgo avenues and Constitution and a business center. The second tower will have 33 levels and will be only residential and will have 159 apartments, 12 residences and 4 penthouses; It will have apartments of up to 315 m², swimming pool, green areas, grills, playgrounds, sky gym, sky lounge and sky bar.
