Hi all i have uploaded pan paneer pizza recipe, Very easy and quick recipe without oven. Maida-2cup Yeast-1tsp or Curd 2tsp salt half tsp sugar-2tsp oil-2tsp mix all add water gradually and knead a soft dough keep aside let prepare panner in a bowl add garam masala coriander powder red chilli powder salt curd mix all and add paneer in a tawa sprinkle oil and add marinated paneer and saute till raw smell let it cool knead the dough again and take one portion flatten the dough in tawa/pan prick with fork apply pizza sauce/tomato sauce arrange veggies capsicum, onion, paneer or can add extra veggie as your choice add mozerrella cheese i have used amul sliced cheese 2slice, 1cubed amul cheese sprinkle chilli flakes place the pan in preheated old dosa tawa cook like dum style for about 30minutes and check with stick serve hot home made pizza without oven is ready to serve for more recipes subscribe the channel: /channel/UC3g1C99XQSQtAhAXrvvS0ew email id: neighbourhoodgirl3@gmail.com
