Rawa Ladoo:
Ingredients:
Semolina 1 cup
Flour ½ cup
Coconut powder 1 cup
Sugar Powder ½ cup
Condensed Milk ½ cup
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Yellow food color ½ tsp
Raisins 4 tbsp
Mix Almonds and Pistachio 4 tbsp
Clarified Butter ½ cup
Milk ½ cup
Method:
Heat ½ cup Clarified butter and add in 1 cup semolina. In a separate pan, add in ½ tsp yellow food color and ½ tsp cardamom powder and ½ cup sugar powder. Cook it. Add in semolina, flour, coconut powder, condensed milk, raisins, 4 tbsp nuts and milk and mix it. Make small Ladoo out of it and serve.
Qeema Stuffed Paratha:
Ingredients:
Flour (kneaded) ½ kg
Chicken mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Green chilies 2
Green onion 1
Method:
Chop green chilies, fresh coriander and green onion. Add to the bowl. Also add chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and red chili flakes. Mix well. Now make small balls of kneaded flour dough and spread it evenly. Then add mince mixture and place the other roti on top. Now place the parathas onto the tray and leave it for a while. Lastly heat oil and fry the parathas well. Serve hot.
Podinay Ki Chutney:
Ingredients:
Tamarind 2 tbsp
Green chilies 6
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Garlic cloves 10
Lemon juice ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Method:
In a blender add tamarind, green chilies, fresh coriander, mint leaves, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt and cumin. Blend it well and serve.
