This set of exercises are designed for Legs which contains muscle group like Glutes, Quads,Hamstrings,Calves. Make sure you better get warmed up before doing exercise and yes also go with proper form to get most benefit. Please follow recommended tips for more effective workout :  Stay hydrated during workout so make sure to drink water inbetween  Do proper stretch which helps you to avoid any injury  Inhale exhale properly while doing exercise  Make sure to watch video properly & understand the exercise and then start performing it.
