Lower Body Strength Workout in 10 mins
Hello guys here I’m back with another video of Lower Body strength workout. This set of
exercises are designed for Legs which contains muscle group like Glutes, Quads,Hamstrings,Calves. Make sure you better get warmed up before doing exercise and yes also go with
proper form to get most benefit.
Please follow recommended tips for more effective workout :
Stay hydrated during workout so make sure to drink water inbetween
Do proper stretch which helps you to avoid any injury
Inhale exhale properly while doing exercise
Make sure to watch video properly & understand the exercise and then start performing
it.
NOTE : Remember you have to do exercise for 40 sec then take rest for 20 Sec
Exercises are :
1. Squats
2. Deadlift
3. Deadlift / Reverse Lunges
4. Glute Bridge
5. Sumo Squats
