Hadagyachya fulancha pakoda is a traditional recipe. Till now we have seen hadgyachya fulanchi bhaji. Here is the pakoda recipe requested by many. It tastes just awesome. So try this bhajiya at home and drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• Few Hadga flowers
• Besan
• 2 tsp Rice flour
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• A pinch of Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp Ajwain / Carom seeds
• Water
• Oil for frying
Method:
• Take hadga flowers pluck off the stigma and a little green part of
stem.
• Wash the flowers well.
• Take that much spoons of besan equal to number of flowers.
• Add rice flour, salt to taste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, a
pinch of baking soda, ajwain and mix everything well together.
• Add a little water at a time and make a little thick batter.
• The batter should be a little because it gives nice coating to
flowers.
• If the batter becomes thin then the flowers don’t get nice coating.
• Rest the batter for about 5-10 minutes.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Dip the flowers in the batter and coat them well.
• Drop the besan coated flowers into hot oil and fry on medium
heat for about 2-3 minutes from one side.
• Flip the pakodas over and fry until these get nice golden color
form both sides.
• Take the pakoda out, drain the excess oil and hadgachya fulancha
pakoda is already.
• You can have them as it is or with sauce ot tamarind chutney.
