Squid Adobo - Leveled up to International Version a la Chipirones Encebollados
We will cook tasty and delicious adobong pusit (squid adobo). And we are adding just two ingredients to make it a la Chipirones Encebollados, the way how they usually cook seafoods in Spain.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 kg squid
1/4 cup vinegar
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2-4 cloves garlic
1-2 onions
Green/red pepper (optional)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried parsley or 1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tsp paprika
