Homemade Instant Banku Homemade Recipe/ without fermenting the Corn / Ndudu by Fafa HOW TO PREPARE BANKU WITHOUT FERMENTED CORN & CASSAVA DOUGH INGREDIENTS 250g of Corn Meal 250g of Gari 500ml of Water Salt to taste In the name of improvising and making the most of what ingredients I have, I ended up creating this alternative Banku recipe.
