*correction: 1 cup of batter into boiled water 1&1/2 cup makes it thicker but it works. let it cool completely and add extra cold water at the end (remember a slightly thinner than pancake batter not too thin)

😉Fenugreek helps with the softness of the enjera and I love the test but its optional
🤗 For first time at home dough starter use teff flour( I can do a video please let me know)
🌞Next dough starter Save some batter (you can rinse all of the things you have used with a cup of water ) mine has been transferred from dough to dough for about 15 years
🤗I recommend individual wrapping for your enjera incase you want to freeze (it lasts longer frozen)
😍 rewarming cover with paper towel and microwave or low oven just warm enough
