Steven Universe Animatic [Listen to Sadie]

Apologies.* So I finally, FINALLY finished this darn thing! I started this in 2016!!! Seriously. It's been a ride trying to get this done but I'm (sorta) satisfied with how it came out. Even tho I know my art is trash. I actually started this project after I heard the song. I realized it fit so good with my AU, it was ukelele AND the singer sounds a lot like Sadie! Which blew me away! Anyways. I hope you guys enjoy! ~Sadie's Bad Dad AU~ In This AU: Sadie has an abusive drunken father who left her family when she was young. She endured domestic violence as a child which caused her to be so anxious and unsure of herself in her older years. It also left her mother very emotionally damaged. He comes back one day while her mother isn't home and she lets him have it, telling him to never show his face in Beach City again or go anywhere near her mother or she will kill him. He's furious but leaves. She then seems to realize Lars, her mother and even Steven at times don't seem to listen either. She cares for them but has to stand up for herself. She is heartbroken when Lars leaves her on the ship. But in his absence she finally finds her confidence starts being herself. Finding the band. And eventually she even reunites with Lars. Shes amazed by how's he's changed and overjoyed to see him so she kisses him, surprising him with both her confidence and the fact that she's forgiven him for leaving her.
