All you need is a small stool! Let's go! Full Routine Below: 1️⃣20 really slow repetitions / 5 sets 2️⃣12 repetitions, slow / 5 sets 3️⃣12-15 squats per leg / 4 sets 4️⃣12-15 static lunges per leg / 4 sets 5️⃣15 repetitions per side / 4 sets -Yeees! This will do your lower body good for a while. Rest your lower body for at least 3 days before you hit it again. Remember...
