Pani Puri/ Golgappa/ Puchka/ Gupchup is a type of snack that originated in the Indian Subcontinent. It consists of a round or ball-shaped, hollow puri, filled with a mixture of flavored chaat masala, pudina water, chopped onion & bondi.
This is an easy pani puri recipe as you don't need to make the sweet tamarind chutney. so here i present all tastes - teekha & khatta taste in just one pani.
INGREDIENTS:
Refined Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Suji (Rawa) - 1/2 cup
Baking Soda - 1 pinch
Salt
Boiled White Peas - 1 cup
Boiled Potatoes - 3
Cooking Oil
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Red Chilli - 2
Bay Leaf - 2
Chopped Onion
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Coriander leaves
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Chaat Masala
Mint Leaves
Tamarind Water
Boondi
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
1. First crack the top puris with your fingers or spoon. then stuff the filling in the puris. Add a few tbsp of Boondi or Chopped onion or as per your choice. 2. Then add a few tbspns of the green pani or as per your choice.
3. Now the Pani Puri is ready to serve.
