Hello Friends, Today we're going to how to make wheat chocolate cake without oven, no beater only mixer grinder in Tamil. This eggless wheat chocolate cake is a simple and easy recipe, even beginners can rock it. Incredibly soft and spongy, wheat chocolate cake recipe will satisfy chocolate lovers and other flavour lovers as well. This soft & moisty wheat chocolate cake made without eggs makes great base for various chocolate frostings. Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon(optional) 4. Sugar - 1 cup 5. Curd - 1/2 cup 6. Milk - 1 cup 7. Rava - 1/2 cup 8. Wheat Flour - 1 cup 9. Baking Soda - 1/2 tablespoon 10. Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon 11. Tutti Fruitti - Required amount 12. Chocolate Cream for decoration Step 1: Making The Batter Take 3/4 cup of flavorless oil, add 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder, add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, add 1 cup of sugar and add 1/2 cup of curd. Blend these in 1st speed in mixer grinder for 2 minutes. Then Add 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of rava. Then blend again in 2nd speed for 2 minutes. Rest it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes add 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 tablespoon baking soda. Then seive it well. Slowly mix with wisk, do not overfold the batter. Now our caker batter is ready to bake. Step 2: Baking Wheat Chocolate Cake Place a butter paper or apply oil to any thick paper in a pan. Apply oil in the pan and paper. Pour the batter in the pan and tap it well to fill the air gap. Add some sand or salt in a vessel and pre heat it for 15 minutes in low flame. After 15 minutes of pre-heat place the batter pan in the vessel/cooker. Bake it for 30 to 45 minutes. Check the cake with a bamboo skewer or toothpick. The bamboo skewer should come out clean. If it comes out clean our cake is ready. Step 3: Apply Chocolate Cream On Cake Top For More Chocolaty If you need more chocolate taste, you can apply chocolate cream on top of the cake.
