Not sure why the Macbook Pro didn't get 4 USB-C ports, but it didn't. But with a USB-C hub/adapter you can regain all the ports that you probably need. We decided to pick one up to see how well it worked. The one that we bought for our M1 Macbook Pro is by ZMUIPNG. It's a 6 in 1 USB-C Adapter/Hub and for our needs is going to work great. This is probably the first and most important accessory that you should buy for your new Apple Silicone M1 Macbook Pro or Air. Or any other current Macbook.
