@sadielong3021منذ 4 سنوات I would love to see if the 2nd method would work better had you used the hairspray..the same hairspray you used on the first method. The 2nd method looks id="hidden3" class="buttons"> much better. For the 1st method, maybe double the belt in half so that the belt is thicker for the hair to curl around. There are also these no-slip handles you can place on the ground that allow you to plank while holding them id="hidden7" class="buttons"> (sort of like the fist you make when grabbing a door handle). It's nice because they're easy on the wrists and don't force you to lean on the elbows. ....وسعت

In regards to the way you said your hair was almost too curly and it took ages id="hidden12" class="buttons"> to smooth the mail a bit I would suggest not using Hairspray. When I've done this sort of thing in the past and almost all my life I never use heat in my hair I just can't be bothered I always just use a bit of water in slightly damp hair and sleep in it or even though another day in it and when I goes 2 days in it goes crazy curly so the water and time in your hair is what does it hairspray just ruins a hairstyle in my opinion and makes your hair feel so horrible and sticky and crunchy I can't stand it a lot my hair to feel soft and like it does when you've had argan oil and just slept on it. Which is why this technique is so fantastic here you can actually comfortably sleep on this and get fantastic results. And there are so many heatless methods of curling the hair out there but the world has forgotten them all I mean it's only been probably 60 odd years that the world has had heat style hair tools. In the 60s the best they had to straighten their hair was literally an iron. And my aunt used to straighten her long very curly hair out with soda cans and it worked but not as easy as this. ....وسعت 1

I have thick coarse hair and curling iron doesn't really work so here is what I do:
I braid my hair with my head upside down. id="hidden14" class="buttons">
And it gives me THE PRETTIEST curls. It takes less than a minute to do that. I do it on damp hair before going to bed. It also gives TREMENDOUS VOLUME. Try it in one of your videos. You can change position of braid depending on where do you want the curls to start in front. It is Holy Grail! ....وسعت 19

@kellygardner1669منذ 3 سنوات Commenting on the sock bun method I knew you would have trouble sleeping on that it is hell uncomfortable to sleep in because like he said they are not id="hidden17" class="buttons"> Rocks. There's a different way to do the sock method where you call the salt inside out and pull your hair in with it and it becomes in taste in the sock but I can't remember it right now. Sorry maybe it'll be elsewhere on the net. The sock method does give you funny part lines though and like you said because you didn't use hairspray it didn't last as long where is the belt method lasted a lot longer just I think with water it would have been fine. One other thing that you would have heard already I'm sure is that some people do they belt method with varying directional curls. So one or two twists around the robe tie will go one way and then maybe 2 or go the other way and that way they have found the look is a lot more beachy and you don't have to worry about all the girls going one way or another it just sends up looking more natural and I think that's the best way to go about it myself because I prefer the more casual method I'm trying it out myself to get the hang of it the best I can because as I said in another comment I hate using heat on my hair and I won't even let my hairdresser blow dry my hair but I may have to invest in a El cheapo hair dryer just to get the darkness out of my hair before I go to bed for at winter. ....وسعت

Also use a yoga matt! .. if that still doesn't work, i suggest you get awsy from the plank, to be frank as a fitness PT, it really only strengthens about 2% of your abs, once you archived this, it does nothing!! ....وسعت

@Happyheart146منذ 3 سنوات If your hair is thinning, you really need to be more gentle with it. Please don't take this the wrong way but you were a bit rough with the brush and id="hidden19" class="buttons"> when removing the scrunchies. Hair is especially fragile when wet.
