Woman too intoxicated to stand carried by man still holding a drink

The man holds onto his drink while trying to carry the woman. everyday I see people who have to be assisted leaving the establishment. I don't record those unless they are extreme. today, the person needs a chair because she can't stand. She is helped to the chair by security and a man. A few minutes later, she is helped to walk by the man. in his other hand he is still carrying an alcoholic beverage, and he doesn't spill it. I hope they get help.
