Here's another part of my Funny Rave 2022 set, an old in-joke video finally made into a real one lmao This is the second-longest running bit on my channel, I've done several fakeouts over the years but I figured that it was finally time to put to rest lol. I think at this point I'm capable of coming up with much better ideas than this one, which is about 11 years old I believe lol Originally this was meant to be completed for my 2021 set, when I was seriously considering quitting videos. Back then the concept for the guitar solo section was that it going to consist of a slideshow of many of my older videos, with a sample from the Snow White dwarves being used to handle the melody, and it would be a sort of sendoff to my channel/career/whatever you want to call it lol. But when I actually started going through and creating that section a sadness kinda just welled up within me, and it hit me like a truck that I didn't have any reason to let go of a hobby that brought me joy and allowed me to express myself in a community full of long-time friends and peers. So I refused to work on it until I felt like it was time, and now I've repurposed it into something more celebratory. It was a little clumsy to execute though because I didn't have a lot of the source vegs of the older videos (pre-2012). This is especially apparent when Normsperanto is introduced as that video has a lot of parts that are out of sync (that video was made in early 2010, before I discovered how to disable quantize to frames lmao) Enjoy! #ytpmv #funnyrave #ravesanatomy
