Ahuna Mutton is a famous dish of Bihar cooked in Earthen Pot Called as handi.Though it is a Champaran dish but now it is cooked in whole Bihar. I have made a little bit variation like I added Bay leaf, covered it with Aluminium foil as it is covered with dough to seal it completely.
