I love press ups! They are my favourite exercise! Not only are they a great way to test your strength, I also find them very motivating for my weight loss as they should get easier the more weight you lose!
My one month press up work out (R = Rest)
Week 1: 4, R 70 seconds, 3 R 70 seconds, 3
Week 2: 4, R 70 seconds, 4 R 70 seconds, 2
Week 3: 5, R 70 seconds, 5 R 70 seconds
Week 4: 10!
My weight loss was mostly achieved through a low calorie diet which I have made a video on.
