Chicken Tikka Slices Recipe shorts

Makes 2 large or 4 small slices ✱ Recipe for chicken marination 350-400g Chicken 2 Tbsp yoghurt 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/2-1 tsp red chilli powder (depending on spice tolerance) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garlic paste (or 2 cloves) 1 tsp ginger paste 1 lemon, juiced Pinch red food colouring (optional) ✱ Recipe for filling 1 tbsp oil 1 onion Marinated chicken tikka 3 tbsp double cream Handful coriander 2 heaped tbsp cream cheese 1 puff pastry sheet 1 egg for egg wash The amount of filling you want to add is personal preference, if you don’t like yours full to the brim like me, you might have some leftover filling which would also be delicious in sandwiches or wraps!
