Grills • All window grills are in 10mm square rod with 1.5 kgs per sqft. • Staircase are fitted with S.S hand rails regular model. Plumbing • Concealed water line pipes are C.P.V.C pipes.( Ashirvad pipe). • Outer water line pipes are blue P.V.C pipes ( True bore pipe ). • In outer necessary inspection chamber with R.C.C cover. • C.P fitting are jaguar basic model. • All toilet 2 in 1 wall mixer with shower, E.W.C ( or) I. Painting • Ceiling are one coat of primer and two coat of ACE emulation paint. • Inner walls were Birla putty finish with one coat of primer and Asian ACE emulation 1 coat. • Other doors are enamel paint one coat of primer, patty and two coat of color. • Outer walls were one coat of primer and two coat of Asian ACE emulation 1 coat. Electrical • All electrical cables are I.S.I cables like orbit (or) polycab. • Electrical switches are anchor roma. • Three phase electrical wiring with necessary M.C.B with D.B work. • Basic electrical points will be provided as per the drawing. • Invertors provision as per the required basic.
