I also got the DVD remote and id="hidden1" class="buttons"> that exact same travel pack (Surprisingly, mine worked, and it still does as of January 2020), as well as 6 games, and a Gran Turismo 4 steering wheel.

Took me right back to unwrapping my first PS2 console; breaking id="hidden21" class="buttons"> those seals, digging further into the box, and finally hooking it up. mine was a SCHP-300003: original release UK console. I bought mine when it released, and still have it. it works just fine too!
I have a couple of newer versions now that I use, just to take the load off the original. ;-)
What a great console! And what a jump from the PS1 - which I love to this day. But that first time with the PS2 was just something else. :-)
