Bronchitis, inflammation of lungs को कहते हैं। Lungs में bronchial tubes होती हैं और इसमें अगर swelling या inflammation आ जाए तो उसे ब्रोंकाइटिस कहते हैं। Medical Terminology में यदि किसी भी बीमारी के बाद Its add किया जाए तो वो उस Organ का Inflammation है या फिर उस Organ का infection है। Bronchitis वो condition है, जहां पर आपकी lungs की tube में inflammation या infection हो सकता है। इससे mucus produce होता है। Mucus produce होने से आपको सांस लेने में दिक्कत होती है, खांसी आती है और mucus निकलता है, जिसे Expectoration कहते हैं। ब्रोंकाइटिस किस कारण से होता है? ब्रोंकाइटिस ज़्यादातर एक viral infection के कारण होता है, जिस वजह से पहले हल्का बुखार होगा और फिर वो infection आपके lungs में फैल जाता है और इसे Bronchitis कहते हैँ। Types of Bronchitis Bronchitis दो प्रकार के होते हैं। पहला- acute bronchitis और दूसरा- chronic bronchitis होता है। Symptoms of Acute Bronchitis Acute Bronchitis वो होता है, जो जल्दी आता है और जल्दी चला जाता है। इसका मतलब है कि acute bronchitis में symptoms तेज़ी से बढ़ते हैं पर कुछ ही दिन में आपकी बीमारी ठीक भी हो जाती है।। Acute bronchitis का लक्षण है common cold। Acute Bronchitis, ज़्यादातर viral infection की वजह से होता है और कभी-कभी ये प्रदूषण, धूल-मिट्टी, climate change, Allergy की वजह से भी हो जाता है। symptoms of acute bronchitis हैं, हल्का बुखार आना, खांसी आना, गले में mucus जमना, खांसी में बलगम जमना आदि। Symptoms of Chronic Bronchitis Chronic Bronchitis वो बीमारी है जो धीरे-धीरे आती है और इसे ठीक होने में काफी अधिक समय लगता है। Chronic bronchitis का उदाहरण tuberculosis है। यह एक chronic disease है, जो धीरे-धीरे शरीर में फैलती है और इसे ठीक होने में भी काफी अधिक समय लगता है। Chronic bronchitis अधिकतर उन्हें होता है, जिनकी lungs की condition पहले से ही खराब होती है। जैसे कि किसी को Asthma हो या वो chronic smokers हों। जिन लोगों को chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd) है, उन्हें भी chronic bronchitis हो सकता है। यह एक अधिक गंभीर बीमारी है। symptoms of chronic bronchitis हैं, सांस लेने में परेशानी होना, Oxigen लेने की क्षमता कम होना और अधिक बीमार होने का खतरा रहना। What is Tuberculosis | Symptoms of Tuberculosis Tuberculosis के शुरुआती लक्षण भी ब्रोंकाइटिस की तरह होते हैं। लेकिन Tuberculosis के खास symptoms हैं, सबसे पहले खांसी का 3-4 हफ्तों से अधिक समय तक रहना, low grade fever जो अधिकतर शाम के समय आता है, भूख नहीं लगना और वजन का घटना। यदि आपको ऐसे लक्षण नज़र आ रहे हैं तो आपको अपना bronchitis अधिक seriously लेना चाहिए क्योंकि ये tuberculosis हो सकता है और इसका इलाज आपको खुद के लिए तो जल्द करना ही चाहिए बल्कि अपने परिवार और दोस्तों के लिए भी करना चाहिए क्योंकि बाकि लोगों को भी tuberculosis होने का खतरा है। #symptomsofbronchitis #whatisbronchitis #acutebronchitis Subscribe: https://bit.ly/31ePY4k� �� Practo Website: https://www.practo.com/� �� Online Doctor Consultation: https://prac.to/video-consult .
