BANGKOK to KANCHANABURI (Rough Travel Day) Thailand Travel Vlog 2023

In today's Thailand travel vlog, we journey from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi for the first time, but only after getting caught in a massive downpour and missing our van. Despite a few setbacks, we finally made it to our destination, and even though we had no real plan, we were excited to check out Thailand's third-largest province and learn more about its harrowing past. Once settled into our homestay, we grabbed Thai food from a local restaurant before finally visiting the Death Railway Museum just before they closed. Afterward, we took time to reflect on what we had learned at Wat Thaworn Wararam Cemetery and the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery before returning to our homestay for the evening. Our first day in Kanchanaburi went differently than planned, but it will be a day we remember forever.
