Quick & Easy 2 ways Phirni Recipe:
MANGO PHIRNI & PLAIN PHIRNI
Phirni is a very popular North Indian dessert made with ground rice, milk & sugar. This dessert has a thick creamy texture and tastes delicious when served chill.
The 2 ways Phirni Recipes are very simple and can be prepared in less than 5 minutes. Here is the method to prepare this delicious Mango & Plain Phirni.
Method:-
In a blender, add 1 cup cooked rice, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup milk and blend it to a puree.
Then add this puree to a pan on low flame.
Then add 1/2tsp elachi powder, 1/2 tsp saunf powder, tsp ghee and 1tbsp milk to it.
Keep stirring the mixture for about 3 mins on low flame.
Switch off the gas once the mixture thickens.
Now pour half of the mixture in a bowl and garnish it with chopped almonds. Plain Phirni is ready.
To make Mango Phirni
Add 3 tbsp Mango Puree to the remaining half mixture.
Pour this into a bowl and garnish with chopped mangoes & almonds. Mango Phirni is ready.
