Snapper Sashimi Salad with Ponzu Dressing

For this video, I wanted to show that sashimi can be eaten in many other ways besides just dipping it in soy sauce and wasabi. Another popular Japanese condiment is Ponzu, and it's very popular with sashimi and salads. Go ahead and experiment with how you want to dress up your ponzu sauce. I prefer lots of ginger and some onion. Ponzu is a great sauce to use for sashimi, because it’s not over powering and mask the subtle flavor of raw fish.
