Start next exercise preferably within 10 seconds after finishing the previous: 1️⃣25 repetitions 2️⃣20 repetitions 3️⃣15 repetitions per side 4️⃣30 repetitions 5️⃣30 repetitions Then: start over. Maximum 30 seconds rest. Drink water. Change the music to something really motivating.
