    So I have been doing your 2week exercise challenge id="hidden3" class="buttons"> . to be honest I haven't done them till the end because I don't have a lot of free time but I wanted to say THANK YOU!!!!!!
    I've lost 4kg so far . and I also have a 90° shoulders now ☺️☺️.
    What I wanted to ask is : can you do a video for lifting breast because since I've lost weight I feel like my breast is becoming saggy and i wanted to "fix" that
