Drill battery pack upgrade 18650 cells

Just a few days ago I got an old cordless drill from a friend of mine. The Nickel -Cadmium battery pack in it was gone. He wanted to bin the old drill. Nevertheless, I decided to revive the cheap and old drill by changing the cells in the battery pack with the 18650 form old laptops batteries. This is just part 1 of the project I hope to finish it in a couple of days.
