Vitamin B and our health - these vitamins are crucial to include in our diet as they help to extract the energy from our macronutrients - protein, fats & carbohydrates. When I work with my nutritional therapy clients it is important to check they re having a varied diet - and by including the full range of Vitamin B's is just part of that.
