Help balance the face with exercises, reduce big jaw, reduce big cheekbones, reduce big chin. Let's get started. We recommend that you wash your hands thoroughly. Apply the skin care cream you have. Exercise 1: Reduce Chubby Cheeks and Cheek Fat Hold air in your mouth, use your palms to push sideways and hold for 10 seconds. Do 3 times. Place palms on cheekbones, push up, do mouth o 20 times. Place the ridge of your hand on the side of your nose and drag it out to the side. Rub it down your neck. Do 10 times. Exercise 2 : Reduce Big Cheekbones Rub your hands to heat slightly. Place your palms on your cheeks, face down, press and hold for 10 seconds. Move to the center of the cheeks. Hold for 10 seconds. Move to the side and push in and hold for 10 seconds. Place your palms in front of your cheeks and drag them to your temples 10 times. Exercise 3: Slim your chin Place palms on chin, push up and hold for 10 seconds. Do 3 times. Run your fingertips along the jaw line, alternating back and forth 20 times. Use your palm to drag from the tip of your chin to your ear 10 times. Exercise 4: Reduce Double Chin Place your fist under your chin, slowly open your mouth. Do 10 times. Use your index finger and thumb to squeeze the skin under the neck back and forth 10 times. Place your thumb under your chin, your index finger above your chin from the tip of your chin to your ear 10 times. Finished Do it regularly for 2 sets per day.
