Innovation, Resilience, and student success in May 2021

“Hey Stacey, what are you planning to do on your vacation day tomorrow?” I asked Stacey on Wednesday evening in our face to face (real, not zoom) conversation. “I am working tomorrow, Rajat! There is no way we will be able to finish our forum posts and complete our project work if take an off” – Stacey responded. The thing is… this has been a regular occurrence throughout May. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way things used to be. During this unprecedented time, we (e-GMAT as a company) faced challenges - we fell sick; our loved ones fell sick; in some extreme cases, we lost our loved ones. But despite operating at 70% capacity, e-GMATers – both employees and students – rose to the challenge and delivered results – excellent success (10X as much as the average GMAT Club partner) and incredible innovation.
