You can add your favorite vegetables in whatever amount you prefer. I have used blue cheese for the dressing, but you can make or use a dressing that you prefer (e.g. ranch, Italian dressing, thousand island dressing, balsamic vinegar, etc.) This tastes amazing with pizza, pasta, soup, and especially garlic bread or breadsticks.
