I also liked that you specified id="hidden2" class="buttons"> the number of reps/seconds necessary, as well as paying attention to what's tight and needs more warming up.     @MH-ex9vxمنذ 5 سنوات It was really educational video for many of us.Also it is good to repeat our knowledges :) I do some neuromuscular activation for my muscle around chest,shoulders id="hidden4" class="buttons"> and back, but without any resistance and i focus on maximal contraction in several reps.I found out this work better for me.Thank you for video about your access to warm up. ....وسعت 1

Running (no need to run fast) for 15-30 minutes or a crosstrainer/skiing should be sufficient id="hidden7" class="buttons"> to warm up. Then stretch for 5-10 minutes depending on what muscles to train and after that. ....وسعت
