@jannyma78734 years ago 今天的口水鸡是我一直想学习的一道川菜。平时我做的时候在用料上拿捏不准，吃起来总是感觉不正宗。今天终于学到了地道的做法。谢谢！还有，你几次提到的鸡尾巴，只要清洗的时候把位于鸡尾尖两边皮下的腺体去除掉（腺体就长在你调侃说像皮肤黑头的那个地方的皮下面，它就贴在骨头上）其它的就放心吃吧。我有一个来自福建福州朋友，她就特别爱吃那一块肉，她说那块肉特香特嫩😄 上面清洗的方法是我看到她每次都是这样洗的。 1
