Investopedia - https://www.investopedia.com/ BabyPips : https://www.babypips.com/ COPY TRADING UPDATE The week’s gone fairly well… Cryptos have been booming, so that’s been interesting, but my copy trading portfolio has also been doing fairly well. Harshsmith has made back a large proportion of the losses he’s incurred over the last weeks, Olivier Daniel is at around the same level, Index Trader has done pretty exceptional, and is at around 5% for the month so far! Good. Index trader has an interesting exposure to Gold in his portfolio, and it’s something which one of my viewers remarked on too… In the last videos, I was talking about wanting more exposure to Gold, but I was warned by some eToro users about how buying the actual commodity on eToro always involves spread fees… They suggested investing in a Gold ETF instead if I want long-term non-leveraged exposure. In this way, I could avoid the overnight and weekend fees whilst still being exposed to the gold market. Nice idea! Another strategy has been highlighted by a viewer this week - buying equities (stocks in companies) whose business is Gold mining. A great idea too, as it means that if I’m holding those equities for a long time, there’s also the chance of earning dividends from the company whenever they’re issued. It’s a thought well-worth investigating further… Index-Trader has Gold as a commodity, and ETF, and Gold-Mining equities in his portfolio.
