Mexico is the mine and center of the most delicious and unique tacos in the world, and first we went to Mariscos walter, which has very delicious seafood tacos. Tuna wing tacos with octopus or tuna wings with marlin, quesadilla with smoked fish and many more delicious seafood. The fascinating thing that I wanted to share with you was the origin of the famous caesar salad which is not in Italy, but in fact, it was right here in Tijuana, Mexico, in Caesars restaurant. Mr. Cesar Cardini, the creator of the famous caesar salad, was an Italian restaurateur, chef and hotel owner who immigrated to Mexico and opened this restaurant in 1923 and in 1924 introduced Caesar salad for the first time in the world, which was well received. This is an ideal place for a family dinner or a good time for a romantic date. I must say that the original caesar salad should be eaten only here. The wonderful combination of fresh lettuce with mustard sauce, anchovy, fresh lemon, egg yolk and tequila is the masterpiece recipe of all caesar salads in the world. Now we want to visit two taco shops that have Mexican street food and different tacos. I tried the Argentinian style taco, which comes with chimichurri with steak and very tasty beans, and I must say that it was the best taco of my life. Another place had a very delicious Mexican taco with cheek, brain, tongue and eye of a cow, which is called Mexican caviar. And it is somehow similar to Iranian Kale Pache, the only difference is that it is made with sheep here with cow's head. The tongue taco is very tasty and very juicy with spicy salsa, tomato and jalapeno sauce, which was amazing.
