We planned a trip to Mexico with my good friends and decided to go by car, that's why we went from Calabasas, Los Angeles to San Diego to eat a strange taco first, a Mexican taco with Iranian stews! An Iranian woman in her food truck, who has been doing this for a year and a half, made a creative taco with tahdig, which was made with delicious Iranian stews which I thought was very interesting and cool. Instead of tortilla bread, it was placed inside a tahdig, and in the middle of it, there was ghormeh sabzi, gheimeh stew with split peas and Omani lemon, or a vegan fesanjoon, and it was extremely delicious. Iranian dishes here are vegan, but they also have dishes with meat, such as Korean barbecue or carne asada, which are all very delicious. They also have another type of taco with Nutella, cream and strawberries, which I tried for the first time in my life and I must say it was both strange and delicious. After crossing the Trump wall, we entered Mexico and we are going to eat all kinds of Mexican food here, all kinds of tacos and various Mexican street foods. In Tijuana, Mexico, we went to a restaurant called El Galo Taco and we are going to try delicious Mexican tacos with pork head and pork shank. They have different and very delicious tacos, such as Quesadilla de Carnitas, Torta de Carnitas, Quilo de Carnitas, Enchiladilla and Taco de Chile Rellino, etc. The pork head and pork shabk were cooked very well and the meat was extremely delicious.
