Paneer (or cottage cheese) and potato #cutlet is a great, delicious #VegetarianSnack. It can be served for parties, kids, teatime snacking, or small hunger pangs. It goes well with Mint Chutney or the curd based Dips. Mouthwatering Aloo paneer cutlet is a simple, easy to make, dish. Ingredients 1 Large Potato 1 Tablespoon Poha 2 Tablespoon Cornflour 2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds (Till) 1 Tablespoon Chat Masala 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Small Green Chilies 1 Tablespoon cumin (Jeera) 3/4 Cup Grated Cheese (Paneer) 1 Bunch Coriander #Cooking -------- Boil, Peel, Mash potato, and keep it in the fridge so that it cools down. Potato binds better when it's cool before frying. Soak Poha for a couple of minutes. Mix everything well in a bowl. Grease your hands with oil and prepare cutlets by pressing the small balls of this mixture. Ensure the sides of the cutlets are smooth so that these don't break while frying. Keep these in the fridge till we heat the oil for frying. Heat the oil in a pan on low heat. put the cut cashew pieces on each cutlet. Fry cutlets in the oil till crispy brown on both sides, over low heat. Serve them with the Mint Chutney.
