@medfeedsnews2070منذ 3 سنوات There's Someone Inside Your House: Disappointing Slasher film. Someone is murdering High School Seniors. S/he knows their guilty secrets. Some gruesome id="hidden1" class="buttons"> murders, guy having his Achilles tendons slashed, stabbed while sheltering in a confession box but even that gets tedious as the film drags. "Directed" by Patrick Brice, "written" by Henry Gayden. On Netflix. Giving it 4/10 because some of the cast did try. ....وسعت 18

@burqawaliaunty7664منذ 3 سنوات Character depth was not very good, and you end up knowing little to nothing about these characters. Not to mention, it’s a bit predictable, I was sorta excited to view it but after I did, it was a waste of time. The slashing wasn’t bad, but some things were a bit off in the movie. It’s like someone thought of an idea, and then decided to just make a script without planning anything. The acting was alright, it could’ve definitely been a lot better. Most of the characters were underused and barely in the movie at all, it made you just not care. Overall, it definitely doesn’t deserve to be #5 in the US, it’s just not that good. ....وسعت 20

@mackeydirk8643منذ 3 سنوات For this movie the writers had one unique idea 3D printing the victim's face to be a mask worn by the killer .paid little attention to anything else. id="hidden4" class="buttons"> No character or plot development. Two things that really bugged me were 1) you have a huge group of teens at the party and the killer just strolls through the crowd. No one attacks him. The victim and killer wind up outside and everyone is gone. That is not realistic at all. A group would of gathered outside. 2) if his plan was to set up Makani for the killings why did he go after her to kill her before he killed hs dad? My only thought was that Ollie was to be framed yet he got arrested so after he failed to kill Makani he decided to use her. ....وسعت 4

You know lil to nothing about any character even if there the main character , and characters die a lot I’m only half way through and I don’t even care about the depths because u see the character for a hand full of seconds and they die then people react to being sad like where supposed to care about a character that’s been on screen for a few minutes
Also it feels like theres scenes drastically missing from the movie there will be times the character is like let’s do what we used to do, or this girl and guy aren’t talking because for some reason that we don’t see it just happens
Also the killer doesn’t even seem to have a motive rn he’s just killing people to kill
The editing in the movies is kinda bad as well u seen them in a car talking then next scene it’s night time , or they half stupid scenes where it’s very apparent this guy has a house that’s broken into but he forgot his phone and heads back in like that logic makes sense
I don’t really recommended watching this maybe if your drunk you will enjoy this

@waqarmasood2016منذ 3 سنوات Story: 5/5. I'm watching these films again with my niece and nephew and I am impressed at the fact that, so many years later, this story still manages id="hidden6" class="buttons"> to be engaging and effective. It establishes its characters and its rules early on and in a very unstandable way. Andy has many toys, Woody being his favourite, and every birthday and Christmas, the introduction of a new toy introduces possible competition. A clear and simple premise and it is pulled off expertly with clear motivations and good character development that was always sensible. The humour is good and sharp and does not feel dated. The threats were real and tense, too, which is a great achievement for a film with such a setting. The children loved it and followed along easily. The voice acting was good all-round. ....وسعت 5

There were slight twist throughout the whole movie with the aim of trying to be unpredictable id="hidden7" class="buttons"> which was only shown at the end with an unexpected turn of events about who the killer was. there could've been more twists and a couple more deaths to show more purpose of the killer and why he was doing it. @waqarcpm4321منذ 3 سنوات I just want to start by saying I read the book and thoroughly enjoyed it. The author is one of my favourite authors of all time, and this was her first id="hidden8" class="buttons"> "teen slasher" type novel. While it's definitely not one of my favourites, it was still an enjoyable and compelling read.
The trailer for this film adaption looked promising. I could already see some of the changes they made, but I am actually a big fan of changes in film adaptions of books, because if the film is exactly the same as the book, what's the point? I liked that the killer was targeting people's "secrets", I thought that was really clever, seeing as in the book Makani had a big secret (more on that in a second), and that was a big subplot. The masks, however, I couldn't get around. Even with the joke about how hard it was to make these masks, I find it very hard to believe that a high school student would be that talented at prosthetics. Now, Makani's "secret", the changes they made to that was excellent, because in the book it was a slight let-down (all she did was cut off a girl's ponytail during the hazing). But even that wasn't enough to redeem this film.
The first sort of ten-fifteen minutes were good. Promising, even. But it went downhill very quickly. All of a sudden I wasn't entirely sure what was going on. There seemed to be a lot of gaps, such as Ollie and Makani's relationship. That needed a hell of a lot of fleshing out. I was waiting for some sort of flashback, but no, we got nothing except unexplained tension. Towards the end I honestly had no idea what was even going on in the film. It almost felt as if the dialogue wasn't even making much sense. And then the ending? I'd already realised that the ending was going to be different to the book, which is fine. I realised after the film had ended that they'd sort of attempted to set it up, but those foundations were so weak that when he took the mask off I was like, ummm, what?? And why did he hand her the knife? Why was he blaming her for what he did? WHAT WHAT?? I honestly was so confused, and not in a good way. I wasn't supposed to be confused.
The reason the book is called "There's Someone Inside Your House" is because the majority of the murders take place in the person's own house, and the killer messes with them a little by moving things around while they're not looking. In the film, only the first death was in their own house, which made the whole title somewhat redundant. And don't get me started on Rodrigo's death.
As someone who loves films and wants to work in that field, the biggest issue I have when I don't like a film is when I can see what would make it better. Or at least, what I personally think would have made it better. I get this urge to just reach into the screen and rearrange everything. It's a worse feeling than just straight-up disliking it. It's frustrating. And There's Someone Inside Your House was one of those for me. It felt like a film made off a first-draft. Like it wasn't finished. Which is ironic, considering this movie was shot almost two years ago.
In summary, it was a let-down.

@royalsinside5031منذ 3 سنوات If you're feeling nostalgic for teen slasher films like Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer, then this will scratch that itch.
It's id="hidden9" class="buttons"> incredibly predictable. In fact, I called out the killer the first time he appeared on screen unmasked. Still, it has some cool kills and starts off strong, but it falls flat somewhere in the middle as it rushes towards the ending.
It's not the worst 1.5 hours I've ever spent. Put it on while you fold clothes or make dinner.

@tabassummasood6311منذ 3 سنوات Wow! I can't really express what an absolute let down this movie was, the whole of the movie was one poorly executed cliché after another, it is massively lacking in the suspense and chills department, even the few deaths (there could have been more) themselves aren't that frightening, all of this coupled with the uninspired reveal of the killers identity at the end turns this whole debacle into one great big meh-fest!
    Best avoided at all cost.

@unpluggedsongs3582منذ 3 سنوات The movie was filled with anti police and racism towards white people. At left the characters are talking about why one of the football players are being interviewed and one of the characters points out that they are looking at the wrong person on the table, pointing out that the police would blame a quote: “non white” to make a quick case because there was going to be a ballot to dissolve the police. The 2nd murder was based off of the fact that a white girl made an episode of a white supremacy podcast. I personally disagree with white supremacy or any kind of racially supremacy, but having that as the reasoning for the 2nd murder is ridicules. At one of the characters shows his dads nazi memorabilia at a party , where other reviews see this as the show being “racist” towards jews i see it differently. Collecting memorabilia from past wars, famous times/people is a hobby, and finding the 2nd world war fascinating has nothing to do with hating a religion or race. The idea of this film is good but the performance of the actors, and the way they try to make the film politically correct makes this film god awful ....وسعت 2

It's id="hidden33" class="buttons"> incredibly predictable.

@waqarmasood6252منذ 3 سنوات No, there's not anyone in my house ya lizards. This film is the antithesis of quality horror and subverts the cinematic experiences produced by almost id="hidden35" class="buttons"> every other slasher flick before it. My goodness the gremlins that made this must've been high, drunk and high at the same time. C'mon Netflix, you are better than financing the movies of the 'great supine protoplasmic invertebrate jellies' who made this.that's right, you just got boris-bopped, and I'm not even British nor do I endorse their brisket plan, but I damn well accept the articulation of Mr Johnson as an appropriate judgement of this film and those who endorsed it. Better luck next time suckerz ....وسعت
