Odia Biri Bara Recipe: It is a popular snack across India. In this video, I have prepared the famous Dhenkanal , Odisha style Bara which is made using urad dal , sooji , onion , curry leaves etc. The combination of bara and ghuguni ( Yellow peas curry ) is just so wonderful that Odia people generally preferred it to have in their breakfast or as a snack. Semolina or Sooji - 3/4 cup 3. Chopped onion - 1 ( Medium) 4. Chopped green chili - 2 or add as required 5. Chopped fresh curry leaves - 2 stems 6. Salt to taste 7. Water for making the urad dal batter 8.
